What WalshDoc does

WalshDoc organizes patient-submitted questionnaire answers, relevant health history, and laboratory information into structured reports for clinician review. The goal is to help identify biochemical and nutritional patterns that may be relevant to mood, behavior, stress tolerance, cognition, sleep, and related symptoms.

Core assessment areas

• Biotype symptom patterns such as undermethylation, overmethylation, copper overload, and pyroluria.
• Toxic burden and metabolic stress patterns.
• Relevant labs such as zinc, copper, ceruloplasmin, whole blood histamine, homocysteine, vitamin D, CBC, CMP, pyrrole testing, and methylation markers when appropriate.
• Follow-up questionnaires and progress tracking over time.

How the workflow works

• Patients review consent and complete a secure questionnaire.
• Submitted information is queued for clinician review.
• Reports are not automatically shown to patients immediately after submission.
• Clinicians review the submitted information and determine appropriate next steps.
• Future versions may include patient dashboards, doctor dashboards, progress graphs, lab trends, and follow-up reminders.

Second Opinion Physician provides second-opinion style telemedicine assessment and related educational recommendations. It is not a substitute for a primary care physician, emergency care, in-person examination, or ongoing management by a treating clinician.
