WalshDoc
WalshDoc by Second Opinion Physician

A biochemical mental health assessment platform for patients, clinicians, and follow-up progress tracking.

WalshDoc helps organize symptom questionnaires, health history, lab information, biotype patterns, toxic burden indicators, and clinician-reviewed reports into a clearer assessment workflow.

WalshDoc is not an emergency service and does not replace primary care, urgent care, emergency care, in-person evaluation, or medication management by a treating clinician.

What WalshDoc does

WalshDoc turns patient-submitted questionnaires, health history, and relevant lab values into structured reports for clinician review. The platform is designed to support biochemical and nutritional assessment related to mood, stress tolerance, sleep, cognition, behavior, and related symptoms.

Core assessment areas

  • Undermethylation and overmethylation patterns
  • Copper overload and zinc/copper balance
  • Pyroluria-related symptom patterns
  • Toxic burden and metabolic stress
  • Lab-enhanced assessment logic
  • Follow-up progress tracking

Clinician-reviewed workflow

Patient submissions are not released as instant automated reports. Reports are queued for clinician review, allowing the assessment to remain more careful, contextual, and appropriate to the service tier.

How it works

WalshDoc is designed as a step-by-step intake and report workflow, not a one-click diagnosis tool.

1

Patient reviews telemedicine consent and practice policies.

2

Patient completes a structured questionnaire. Unfinished answers can autosave in the browser.

3

The submitted report queues for clinician review.

4

Clinician reviews next steps, labs, supplement strategy, or follow-up recommendations.

Why structured tracking matters

Patients often forget how severe symptoms were at baseline. Repeated questionnaires can show measurable progress over time, helping patients and clinicians see whether symptoms are improving, plateauing, or worsening.

Future lab-enhanced reports may include zinc, copper, ceruloplasmin, histamine, homocysteine, vitamin D, CBC, CMP, pyrrole testing, and methylation markers.

Lab-enhanced Tiered reports

Track progress

Follow-up questionnaires can help show symptom changes over time instead of relying only on memory or free-text descriptions.
